These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through cellsync.co.uk. They form a legally binding contract between you and CellSync Limited.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and use a valid payment method to purchase from us.

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions are accurate. Images are illustrative only and may vary.

All products are subject to availability.

Our skincare products are cosmetic and not medical treatments.

All prices are in GBP inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud or pricing errors.

We deliver within the UK. Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

You have 14 days to cancel under UK consumer law.

Unused skincare products must be unopened for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Subscription charges are communicated in advance. You may cancel before the next billing cycle.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.

All website content is owned or licensed by CellSync Limited and protected by intellectual property law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The version published at the time of purchase applies to that order.
